About

I'm Colm Walsh, based in Ferbane.

This is a small independent home and property service focused on practical solutions. Rather than being sent from one contractor to another for every small problem, you get one person who'll take care of the jobs that keep getting put off, from the garden and the outside of the house to repairs and small projects.

I like working out what a job actually needs, doing it properly and leaving the place tidy. If something needs a qualified tradesperson, I'll tell you straight.

Good to know

Jobs done weekday evenings and weekends. Messages answered in the evenings.

Car and trailer, so garden waste and clear-outs can be taken away the same day.
